Overview
SunbSunbelt LLC offers a 30-day return window for outdoor gear purchases. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot process a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received (e.g., no dirt on camping chairs, unopened tent packaging).
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., carry bags for hammocks, stakes for tents).
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email is acceptable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged gear (unless damage occurred during shipping).
- Customized products (e.g., personalized picnic mats).
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:
- Items with minor signs of use (assessed during inspection).
- Products missing non-essential accessories (e.g., extra tent pegs).
- Returns received after 30 days but within 45 days of delivery (refund amount determined by condition).
Refund Process
- Request a Return: Email smith@sunbsunbelt.online within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Receive Confirmation: We’ll send approval (or rejection) within 2 business days, with a return authorization (RA) number if approved.
- Ship the Item: Send the product (marked with your RA number) to our return address (see below). You’re responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
- Check your bank or credit card statement (processing can take 3–5 days).
- Contact your card issuer or bank to inquire about delays.
- If issues persist, email smith@sunbsunbelt.online with your refund reference number.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged during shipping:
- Email smith@sunbsunbelt.online with photos of the issue and your order details.
- Return the damaged item to our address, and we’ll ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive store credit equal to the item’s value once we process the return.
- If the gift was shipped to the purchaser: Refunds go to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service—we aren’t responsible for lost or undelivered returns. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if approved.
