Overview
This policy applies to all outdoor gear shipped by SunbSunbelt LLC, including beach chairs, tents, sleeping bags, and camping accessories. We currently ship only within the United States.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days via USPS Express Mail (available at checkout for an additional fee).
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- Orders under $50: $7.99 flat fee (standard shipping).
- Orders $50–$99.99: $4.99 flat fee (standard shipping).
- Orders $100+: Free standard shipping.
- Expedited shipping: $15.99 flat fee (regardless of order total).
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping (expedited options may not be available).
Address Changes
Once an order is processed (marked “in fulfillment”), shipping addresses cannot be modified. Please verify your address at checkout to avoid delays.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 7 days. We’ll trace the shipment and resend the item or issue a full refund if confirmed lost.
- Damaged Items: Inspect packages upon delivery. If items are damaged, email smith@sunbsunbelt.online within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund at no cost.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
